Normal warranty periods for CPAP devices is 2 or 5 years – depending on make & model. CPAP masks and accessories have a 6 month warranty from date of purchase. Warranty periods for humidifiers & power supply’s vary between brands. Call us for more info if you are unsure, each manufacturer have their own Term’s & Conditions regarding warranty. 

All warranty repairs out of the warranty period will be processed subject to the goods being returned to Platinum Sleep and Respiratory Care at the purchaser’s expense. 

Fees will apply for loan CPAP machines when a machine is out of its warranty period or purchased from another CPAP supply company.
