Shipping

Yes we offer free shipping on all order over $100

Yes we offer pickup , once you placed an order, please get in touch with us to organise your pickup

Yes you can pay cash on pickup. To organise a pickup please get in touch with us via phone or email. and we will have your order ready for pickup.

We certainly can ship overseas, Please get in touch with us via email or phone to organise a delivery overseas.

Payment

At the moment we only accept Visa/Mastercard & American Express.

Yes you can pay cash upon pickup. Please order online and get in touch with us via email or phone to organize time for pickup and pay cash.

Yes, please select bank transfer during checkout. It is important to put your order number as reference so our accounts team can track your transfer. Bank transfer may take 1-2 days depending on your bank.

Support

For cpap/bi-level devices we offer free consultation, equipment check and data downloads for the first 12months after purchase. 

 

Support is available during normal business hours. Any after hour request can be submitted to info@platinumsleep.com.au and we will respond to you within 24hours.

For all ventilation and other respiratory devices, please contact us for more information.

General

Yes we would require a prescription to enable us to set the device up as prescribed by your sleep physician. If you are an existing cpap/bi-level patient and don’t have your old prescription please contact us.
